On the Product Manager screen, end users will be able to search filter by any of the Product columns on the grid.
Additional options for filters are available for the Product Group and the Product Type that can be used together with the search filter.
Products stock details can be viewed by the end users on the Stock Levels available in the Stock Details tab. The Stock levels displays the details of stock that are available, reserved, allocated, on orders.
The end users can view further details on the stock for Promised, On Order and Quantity Reserved by selecting ‘Details’ available for each section.

Goods Received Note
GRNs (Goods Received Note) on V12 can be managed by the end users. This includes changing the location, making the phantom to physical/physical to phantom, splitting the GRNs and Merging the GRNs.
When Reviewing GRNs, end users can use the search filters available to find the GRNs they are looking for.
Product Stock Levels
GRNs can also be found in Product Stock Levels in Product Manager where only the GRNs for the selected product is shown.
The dimensions and details for pallets and carton quantity can be found in the Item Analysis tab for Stock details
Product Factoring can be set by the end user in the Stock Details Factoring tab. The factoring user-defined Unit of Measures and the quantities can be entered by the end user.
In product utilities on Depot Names, end users are able to add depots onto V12. This includes adding bin locations to the depots.
